Mrs. Tallman teaches English, speech, and communication courses at ECS and assists in our Fine Arts programs.
- Education: Bachelors of Arts, (Communication Major) Tennessee Temple University; Master of Arts, (Communication, Oral Interpretation Proficiency) Bob Jones University
- Experience: Taught at the university level at Tenessee Temple and James Madison University, taught in Christian high schools for multiple years also, was a teacher and administrator of Calvary Christian in Buchanon, WV for 18 years before beginning teaching at ECS in 2017.
Mrs. Tallman received her Bachelors Degree from Tennessee Temple University (TTU) and continued her studies at Bob Jones University (BJU) where she earned a Masters in Communications with an oral interpretation proficiency. Returning to TTU, Mrs. Tallman taught at the university for two year, before transitioning to teach at James Madison University for 4 years.
Her husband, Mike Tallman is the pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Buckhannon, WV. They have 5 children, 2 of whom will be attending Emmanuel. One son will be in 5th grade and the other son is entering 8th grade, both athletes. Formerly, Mrs. Tallman taught English and was the administrator of a Christian school for 18 years. Helping to continue the development of the fine arts program is an additional talent she offers.
